G. Yanovskyi National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description1 Reduce the negative impact of war in Ukraine on the tuberculosis epidemic situation popup.description2 Object – statistical data on tuberculosis (TB) for 2018-2024, data on 368 TB patients, 49 questionnaires of phthisiatricians. Aim – replace the negative impact of the war in Ukraine with the epidemic situation with tuberculosis. Methods: mathematical, statistical, questionnaire. It was established that during the war, the incidence of TB among contact increased (2.3 times, in other areas 11.4-36.6 times), the indicators of FG fasting, tuberculin diagnostics, and the detection of illnesses in FG and chemoprophylaxis (% changes -55.1, -79.8, -31.1, -31.2); Coverage of screening groups is insufficient (for the average 76.7-82.9%, and for the rich 48.3-69.1%). Our current officials face the risk of TB in the hour of war, which will most negatively impact on the effectiveness of their treatment: socio-economic (loss of everyday minds, poverty, ruin of medical facilities critical infrastructure, deterioration of material and financial security, financial and economic difficulties in the country, deterioration of sanitary intelligence), medical (increasing endocrine diseases, psychoemotional disorders, HIV infection, changes in ART), organizational (improved access to TB diagnosis and treatment, interruptions in the use of antibiotics, interruption of treatment, imbalance between increased demand in the defense system health and reduced employment, inadequate staffing of the anti-tuberculosis service, increased supply of medicines and medical viruses, and difficult access to basic medical care). A daily approach to organizing the detection of TB patients has been proposed, which is based on the most effective ways of early detection of TB from the risk of war among officials, which can significantly reduce control over TB and prevent a worsening of the epidemiological situation; recovery result of research: identification of TB patients before 98.0%, incidence of TB contacts ≥ 90.0%, sharp decline in TB illness by 2.4 ± 0.5%. The field of application is phthisiology. Product Description popup.authors Iryna O. Novozhilova Alla M. Prykhodko Iryna V. Bushura Nikiforova Liudmyla H. Liudmyla M. Pereverzeva Liudmyla V.
