Optimal timing and varieties were established for the in vitro culture. Early varieties: Kimmerya and Zhytnytsia formed the highest productivity and quality of microtubers during the summer-autumn planting dates (August–October). Best results: Kimmerya (August, profitability 51.9%), Zhytnytsia (June/September, profitability >133%). For mid-season varieties: Svitanok kyivskyi and Slovyanka, the maximum is achieved with late autumn and winter planting dates. Optimal for Svitanok kyivskyi (October, profitability 73.8%), and for Slovyanka (July/December, profitability >131%). The optimal storage period for microtubers is 255–260 days, which ensures maximum minituber yield in the field (up to 11.0 t/ha for the Kimmerya variety). The highest profitability for subsequent field reproduction is provided by spring planting in the PP-2 nursery, especially for mid-season varieties (Yavir – profitability up to 563.78%). Consistently high results are shown by the super-superelite nursery, optimal for mid-early varieties (Svitanok kyivskyi – profitability over 340%). To maximize the output of high-quality seed material, it is necessary to adhere to variety-specific optimal in vitro planting dates, store microtubers for about 260 days, and focus on spring planting in nurseries.
