The purpose of the work is to development new and improvement existing scientific-methodological and informational-analytical support aimed at creating space technology objects. The following results were obtained. Scientific-methodological and informational-analytical support has been developed aimed at creating space technology objects, in particular for synthesizing the structure and optimizing the design parameters of the SIC. Developed: analytical models of changes in orbital parameters under the influence of perturbations in nearly circular orbits; models of EDSCS dynamics with thermoelectric cable coating; neural network models based on reinforcement learning for determining disturbances during contactless interaction of orbital service (OS) satellites; mathematical models for optimal synthesis of the orbital structure and operational planning of the OSS system; a mathematical model for selecting the design parameters of distributed near-Earth space-based ESS systems; a methodology for analyzing, operating, and control complex dynamic intelligent systems; a method for on-board determination of the relative pose of an OS object with an unknown shape.
