The purpose of the work at this stage is experimental studies of the electro-magnetic interaction of a source of a permanent magnetic field from Halbach assemblies and mini-magnets with the surrounding plasma. Research methods are experimental. Methodological support is developed for determining the dipole magnetic moments of sources of a permanent magnetic field and the distributions of magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength on the surfaces of the sources and in the space around them. Experimental studies of the distributions of magnetic magnetic flux density of the developed samples of sources of a permanent magnetic field are carried out. Experimental dependences of the electromagnetic resistance force generated by coaxial magnetic systems with central cylindrical permanent magnets of different diameters in a supersonic plasma flow on the concentration of ions are obtained. Approximate dependences for the resistance force are obtained. The possibility of using an additional plasma generator based on an electrojet Hall engine together with the ions source of plasma electrodynamic stand is considered. The results of the work are of an applied nature. The application is forced electromagnetic braking of space debris objects in the ionosphere and upper atmosphere of the Earth. The research results are focused on solving the current problem of today - pre-venting pollution and cleaning the near-Earth space from space debris objects using electromagnetic forces.
