This allowed outlining the communicative essence of commemoration, its core functions, and the specific features of commemorative practices within journalistic discourse; the clarification that the commemoration of the Russian-Ukrainian war is a multi-level phenomenon, encompassing memorial and ritual activities; cognitive-communicative reinterpretation of fundamental humanitarian meanings; transformation of mass and linguistic consciousness; understanding the moral consequences of memory politics; mechanisms for overcoming memory fragmentation; the transition from individual trauma to collective affirmation of Ukrainian identity; and manifestations of a presentist approach to interpreting past reality; the systematization of data on using artificial intelligence for creating and interpreting visual images in media commemoration of the Russian-Ukrainian war. AI enhances recording and digitizing commemorative artifacts and enables their integration with other data to form an evidence-based commemorative framework; the identification that a sustainable socio-communicative model of commemoration includes nine structural blocks integrated into four interrelated levels: I.
