Research methods – epidemiological, experimental on animals, clinical, clinical-laboratory, statistical. Equipment – ​​UV mini-1240 Shimadzu spectrophotometer, EV-74 ionometer, BL-220H electronic balance, PC-6 centrifuge, Pulsar spectrocolorimeter, pH-150M ionometer, VLR-200 laboratory balance and ESJ-60 electronic analytical balance, PC-6 centrifuge.Scientific novelty. Our studies, for the first time in Ukraine, showed that military personnel experienced age-related progressive deterioration of the hard tissues of teeth and periodontium, specific oral hygiene disorders, and a pronounced imbalance of the oral microbiota caused by combat distress. The proposed complex reduced the increase in the intensity of dental caries by 1.3 times, provided caries prevention efficiency = 25.1%, improved periodontal indices by 13–20%, restored oral microbiocenosis and improved bone quality.
