The object of research is aircraft maintenance processes, technologies and materials for restoring and repairing worn surfaces of friction parts of aircraft components, diagnostic equipment. Research methods: acoustic emission method for studying the processes of structural adaptability of contact surfaces during friction, modeling of the stress-strain state of the coating-base using Nastran programs, tribological studies of friction and wear processes, two-stage logical analysis, methods for assessing the reliability of complex technical systems, modeling the working process of a double-circuit gas turbine engine. The application of a combined technology for forming discrete electric spark wear-resistant coatings on D16 duralumin is proposed. Recommendations are given for the implementation of promising methods for increasing the wear resistance of parts operating under conditions of fretting-corrosion wear by forming protective coatings. The approaches to the development of maintenance and repair programs, regulatory requirements, methods of technical operation, methods of efficiency control and determination of directions for improving aircraft maintenance programs are considered. The constructive support of the architecture of bench complexes for full-scale tests of aircraft gas turbine engine units is proposed.
