Anthracis) and anthrax-like bacilli in biological samples. popup.description2 A bioinformatic search for conserved regions of the bacterial genome and its plasmids was conducted, and a comparative analysis of the literature data on primers for Anthrax strains was performed. Two alternative versions of the original primers created on different conceptual bases were synthesized. Biological samples were obtained that were positive for the studied bacteria and negative for the control strains of anthrax and anthrax-like bacteria. DNA was isolated from 34 strains of anthrax and anthrax-like bacteria, and the conditions for conducting real-time PCR reactions using primers to the conserved region of the 16S RNA genomic sequence were studied.
