The use of narrow-band imaging and fluorescence-guided technologies with indocyanine green was studied for assessing blood and lymphatic circulation, determining justified resection margins, and verifying sentinel and regional lymph nodes. The study was conducted during 2021–2025 on a clinical cohort of 736 patients with malignant tumors of the breast, colon, prostate, and kidney. The results demonstrated that the implementation of intraoperative visual navigation methods reduces intra- and postoperative complications, improves resection accuracy, and enhances immediate surgical outcomes.
