The study included patients with various neurological diseases. Using clinical, neuroimaging, immunological, biochemical, neuropsychological, and biostatistical methods, a set of interrelated clinical and neuropsychological factors influencing the course of chronic migraine and tension-type headache was identified for the first time. Prognostic predictors of cognitive impairment after COVID-19 were established, and a predictive model incorporating clinical and paraclinical parameters was developed. In patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, previously undescribed clinical, neuropsychological, and morphometric factors affecting disease activity and disability progression were determined, along with morphometric predictors of cognitive dysfunction.
