The object of the study is multi-purpose tactical carts used by military units in combat conditions. The purpose of the work is to modernize the design of existing multi-purpose universal tactical carts for logistical support of the combat line and evacuation of the wounded by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the design and nature of the load based on computer 3D modeling, creating a prototype and testing it in extreme operating conditions. Research methods – object-based computer 3D modeling of both individual elements and the design of the multipurpose tactical cart as a whole, their configuration and location taking into account mutual influence and functional features; mathematical calculations of the most loaded structural elements, experimental testing, processing and analysis of the results obtained, design optimization. Computer 3D modeling of the structural elements of the multipurpose tactical cart was carried out in a specialized software complex of the computer-aided design system, which allows analyzing the manufacturability of individual elements and the functional features of the design as a whole. This allowed modeling the effects of various physical conditions on the design object, namely the strength of the elements, the rigidity of the structure. As a result of the research work, a set of tasks aimed at creating, substantiating and testing a multi-purpose universal tactical cart was completed. A prototype was manufactured and tested in field conditions at military unit 3027. Two acts of testing and implementation of the results of the work in the process of training soldiers and further use on the front line were drawn up.
