The study employs a set of general scientific methods (system analysis, generalization), special analytical methods (comparative legal method, content analysis of the regulatory framework), and empirical methods (statistical analysis of quantitative and operational data, as well as online surveys) to assess the institutional and legal support of the preschool education reform and its compliance with European standards.
