The object of the research is the system of preschool education of Ukraine under conditions of reform and European integration processes. The subject of the research is the institutional and legal support for the implementation of the preschool education reform. The aim of the scientific research work is the scientifically substantiated determination of strategic directions for the development of the preschool education system of Ukraine in the context of European integration and the deepening of statistical methods for studying the course of the reform process. The study employs a set of general scientific methods (system analysis, generalization), special analytical methods (comparative legal method, content analysis of the regulatory framework), and empirical methods (statistical analysis of quantitative and operational data, as well as online surveys) to assess the institutional and legal support of the preschool education reform and its compliance with European standards.
