To investigate the psychological determinants of different types of organizations functioning in the modern world
popup.description2
The psychological determinants of organizational functioning in the modern world have been studied, and an analysis of various types of organizations has been conducted. The activities of organizations operating under conditions of war, constant change, high competition, digitalization, and globalization were analyzed. Conclusions were drawn regarding the increasing significance of psychological determinants that directly influence the effectiveness of organizational performance. It was determined that the psychological determinants of organizational functioning represent a set of internal psychological factors that shape the behavior of individuals and groups within an organization. These include motivation, values, attitudes, emotional states, leadership qualities, interpersonal relationships, and organizational culture. A study of organizational culture in various organizations was conducted, including those in the IT-sector, the service sector, and others. The psychological determinants of organizational functioning during wartime were also examined, as contemporary realities create extremely complex and unstable operating conditions for organizations. These conditions are characterized by a high level of uncertainty and risk, destruction of infrastructure, workforce migration, economic losses, and constant psychological strain. Under such circumstances, organizations are forced to rapidly adapt to change. A methodological framework aimed at improving staff performance in organizations during wartime was developed, as preserving human potential becomes a key task for organizations. Psychological recommendations for organizational leadership were elaborated, emphasizing that managers must take into account increased levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion among employees. In addition to implementing flexible work schedules and remote employment, organizations should strengthen psychological support for employees and enhance internal communication.
