The antitumor activity of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was established for the first time, the features of their use and mechanisms of their action against the background of an oncoprocess comorbid with rheumatoid arthritis or arterial hypertension were determined. This knowledge proves the need to monitor the state of the cardiovascular and digestive systems, allows optimizing pharmacological correction schemes and improving medical technology for the treatment of comorbid conditions caused by inflammation.
