Both years were marked by fairly dry weather, especially 2024, so the yield level was not high, but such conditions made it possible to objectively evaluate the studied genotypes in terms of their resistance to low soil moisture and high air temperatures. In the ecological test of 2024, the highest productivity was characterized by the new variety of our selection Tetyana (0.93 t/ha) and the variety of Israeli origin Azkan. Both varieties belong to the Kabuli group and are distinguished by a high weight of 1000 seeds (360-380 g). Admiral (1.45 t/ha) and Pegasus (1.59 t/ha) were the best in 2025. In the competitive test, a number of experimental lines with an average yield of 1.10-1.16 t/ha were found. In a significant number of them, the yield reached 1.5-1.54 t/ha in 2025. Through hybridization, the L 36/24 line was created with the formation of two beans per node, which is characterized by an increased number of beans and seeds on the plant, which positively affects the total weight of seeds. In the nurseries of the preliminary and control test, several lines were found, the productivity of which in 2025 exceeded 1.6 t/ha (L243/25, L271/25, L 10105/23, L 1044/24). It has been established that increased protein content of seeds is formed in varieties Rozanna, Taras Bulba, Budjak, Dostatok, Maestro, Daria. Line L78/17, whose protein content in seeds is 20.755 for 19.3% in the standard, is of considerable value. Achilles variety, which belongs to the kabuli type with light-colored seeds, is spherical in shape, has no or very weak ribbing, and the weight of 1,000 seeds is 310 g, was submitted for state examination in 2025. The average yield over the years of testing in the Odesa region is 1.37 t/ha. The average exceedance of the standard is 15-20%. Duration of the vegetation period is 90 days. The height of the plants is about 67 cm, the height of the Product Description popup.authors Koblaj Svitlana V Olha O. Molodchenkovа Tetiana O. Dzhus Tetiana O. Zaitseva Tetiana S. Melnyk Iryna G.
