The existence and uniqueness of the solution of multi-frequency systems with standard argument delays and with a hierarchy of fast and slow asymptotics and frequencies for wide classes of problems were investigated using the averaging method. An estimate of the error of the method was obtained, which clearly depends on a small parameter. The results were applied to some differential games. Mathematical models of the immune response to an infectious disease and the spread of an epidemic were proposed and investigated, taking into account the influence of environmental pollution. Mathematical models of the dynamics of population numbers with non-overlapping generations, when their growth occurs at discrete points in time, were considered. Innovative information systems for environmental monitoring and epidemic modeling were studied and developed. Scientific research on information technologies and artificial intelligence was conducted, covering theoretical results, algorithmic developments, and applied implementations. Machine learning and natural language processing methods have been improved, fuzzy logic models have been developed for interpretive risk analysis, and software systems for computer vision and spatiotemporal modeling have been prototyped. Practical implementations demonstrate the applicability of the approaches in educational and industrial scenarios.
