Beketov national university of urban economy in Kharkiv popup.description1 The aim of the project is to improve the proposed method of non-invasive assessment of function endothelium using a sample of reactive hyperemia, development and creation of the necessary hardware and software, conducting experimental research for confirmation of the theoretical justification popup.description2 A significant drawback of the proposed methodology and the complex created in 2022–2023 for high-precision assessment of endothelial function, inherited from the D. Celermajer method, was the long duration of the study (up to 45 minutes), which is extremely inconvenient for the patient and significantly increases the cost of examinations, especially in the case of large-scale screening of the population. A large number of complexes, a large number of service personnel, and the necessary space in medical facilities are required. Reducing the duration of the examination significantly simplifies the methodology and reduces costs much more than a trivial reduction in the cost of the complex's equipment. This was made possible by the introduction of the information parameter “dynamic range of endothelial regulation of vascular tone,” which made it possible to exclude the influence of pharmaceuticals (used by the patient during treatment) on the quality of the assessment of endothelial function, to separate the influence on vascular tone of the central and local tone regulation systems, and thus combine reactive hyperemia and nitroglycerin tests of endothelial regulation, simplify the examination procedure, and significantly (threefold, to 15 minutes) reduce its duration without compromising the accuracy of the proposed method. A wide range of experimental studies was conducted, comparing the results of a single-test study with a two-test method of assessing endothelial function, comparing the results obtained with the existing regulatory framework.
