The object of the study is to improve the phosphorus nutrition of plants using chemically activated natural phosphorites from domestic deposits and determine the effectiveness of their application to field crops. The purpose of the study is to develop new methods for improving the phosphorus nutrition of agricultural plants using fertilizers made from raw materials from domestic phosphorite deposits. Research methods are a summary of literary, patent, experimental materials, soil, agrochemical and soil-geochemical field studies, statistical analysis of the data obtained. Methodological approaches have been developed to determine the compatibility and ratio of phosphorites with activators and fertilizer components. Prototypes of fertilizers were developed, where substances were selected as activators that are potential hydrogen donors and also contain nutrients in a ratio as close as possible to the recommended ones. Good compatibility of activators and fertilizer components with phosphate rock of the Melyatyn deposit was established, the created prototypes of fertilizers are suitable for use and were used in establishing a small-scale field experiment.
