The impact of global transformations on the competitiveness of national economies and their integration into the world economy is examined. The applicability of global indices, including the Human Development Index, the Global Social Progress Index, and the Global Gender Gap Index, is substantiated for analyzing socio-economic inequality and identifying directions for its reduction. The features of Ukraine’s post-war economic recovery are considered, taking into account the increasing role of public investment, the development of green projects, digitalization, and innovation. The European experience in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises is analyzed, and the possibilities for its adaptation in Ukraine under martial law are justified. The approach to analyzing national foreign economic potential is improved based on the interaction of its key components. The role of creative industries and the noonomic development model is identified as important drivers of the transformation of the international economic system and the formation of a new paradigm of competitive interaction. The obtained research results are scientifically and practically significant, as they provide a theoretical and methodological foundation for understanding contemporary transformations in international economic relations and form practical recommendations for enhancing the competitiveness of national economies, developing the foreign economic potential of enterprises, adapting to European standards, and ensuring sustainable development under global transformations.
