The study summarizes the regulatory and organizational framework of the MIA psychological service, analyzes modern methods of psychodiagnostics, crisis counseling, and psychoeducation, and systematizes practical experience in applying innovative approaches, including mindfulness practices. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of psychological support is complicated by high levels of professional stress, secondary traumatization, and insufficient systematization of approaches. As a result, the research develops a holistic model of psychological assistance, including algorithms for assessing family needs, identifying risks of maladaptation, applying innovative techniques, and integrating psychoeducational measures.
