Subject of the research – the software product “Digital Integrated System for Calculating Firefighting Costs.” Research methods – a comprehensive set of methods was applied, encompassing both the field of fire safety and information technologies. An analysis of the Methodology for Calculating Firefighting Costs, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 55 dated January 31, 2024, was conducted in order to formalize calculation algorithms in a digital format. Conceptual modeling methods were used to design the logical structure of the database of the prospective system. The combination of these methods made it possible to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the problem and to establish a reliable foundation for the development and implementation of an automated system for calculating firefighting costs. The aim of the study was to develop a software product to automate the calculations defined in the Methodology for Calculating Firefighting Costs, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 55 dated January 31, 2024. The implementation of this software product will improve the quality of management within the firefighting system, reduce financial risks and losses, and increase public trust in the activities of fire and rescue services.
