The features of the course of diabetes mellitus in patients with arterial hypertension who have had COVID-19 were studied (worsening of arterial hypertension control, increased PSA level, increased risk of cardiovascular complications). The effectiveness of the drug Sulodexide in the complex treatment of patients with arterial hypertension comorbid with diabetes mellitus was assessed (reduction of symptoms of post-covid syndrome, improvement of quality of life). The prospects for further research are to develop effective methods of rehabilitation of the specified contingent of patients based on the obtained preliminary results.
