PHYSICAL LOADS, MOTOR ACTIVITY, PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE, PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH, STUDENTS The object of the study is the impact of physical activity on the psychological health of students. The purpose of the work is to determine and analyze the impact of physical activity on the psychological health of students in wartime and post-war times. Research methods are the method of meta-analysis, methods for determining the psycho-emotional state, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. In wartime and post-war times, one of the most pressing issues is the psychological health of people and students in particular. The psychological health of students depends on many external and internal factors. Emotional stress is one of the main causes of mental stress in students. It directly affects mental and physical performance, attention, adaptive capabilities and health in general, which students themselves consider to be the dominant life value. Systematic educational and extracurricular physical exercises are an important condition for the normal physical and spiritual development of the student's personality, a prerequisite for the upbringing of priority orientations for health promotion and a motivational stimulus for regular independent physical exercises and sports. At the same time, regular physical activity causes psychological relaxation and helps to withstand emotional overload. The work will consist in studying modern approaches to the issue of stabilizing the psychological state of student youth by means of physical education in wartime and post-war times.
