In laboratory rats in vivo it was proven that the previous oral administration of prebiotics increases the effectiveness of intranasal immunization with the vaccine against influenza A and B and genetically engineered antigens N and S of the SARS CoV-2 virus, significantly increasing the titers of antibodies, especially in tracheal tissue extracts compared to the level of antibodies in blood serum, which confirms the high effectiveness of intranasal immunization in the formation of local immunity in the respiratory organs. It has been shown that a mixture of influenza vaccine and N and S corona antigens during immunization of animals both parenterally and intranasally did not lead to an additive effect, and in tracheal extracts it even reduced antibody titers, which indicates that the combined use of both combined and sequential administration of vaccines can be considered inexpedient. The results of experimental studies prove the advantage of the local method of vaccination. It has been determined that the combined use of influenza vaccine and coronavirus antigens for immunization of animals can lead to depression of the immune response in the respiratory organs. The obtained data are the basis for creating new effective immunization schemes against respiratory viruses, allow us to recommend the use of prebiotics during the period of vaccine prophylaxis and during treatment, which in turn will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of vaccination, reducing the incidence rate, preserving health of the population.
