MILITARY PERSONNEL, COMBAT VICTIMS, DISABILITY, REHABILITATION SYSTEM, SEVERE NERVOUS SYSTEM DAMAGE Research Object: Modern paradigms of rehabilitation for military personnel and combat victims with severe nervous system injuries. Objective: To develop and implement a step-by-step rehabilitation system for military personnel and combat victims with severe nervous system injuries, based on interdepartmental integration into a unified rehabilitation space. Methods: Logical, empirical, systematic approach, statistical, epidemiological, conceptual modeling, organizational experiment, expert evaluations, and the "Roadmap" method. A step-by-step rehabilitation support system for victims of combat actions with severe nervous system injuries has been developed and tested. Based on research findings, a set of measures to prevent and reduce disability in this group has been identified. Implementing these measures results in reduced hospital stays, faster mobility recovery, and improved self-care. The risk of complications decreases, while continuous rehabilitation and early prevention of secondary complications improve long-term outcomes. Reintegration into society, employment, and adaptation contribute to economic well-being and reduce the social burden on the state. Interdepartmental cooperation and the use of ICF allow for efficient distribution of resources, avoiding service duplication. The results have been implemented in: 3 methodological recommendations 2 analytical handbooks 8 articles 2 abstracts 8 reports Conditions for obtaining: By agreement.
