Objective of the work – development of a software - hardware complex for the registration of biopreparation production parameters..Research methods — expert–descriptive (analysis of literature and other sources); system analysis as a method of scientific substantiation of the developed technical systems; synthesis methods (parametric and structural) of automatic control systems; correlation and regression analysis in the development of biopreparation quality models.The work resulted in the development of: a technical solution for the hardware part of the SHC; an experimental SHC prototype (manufactured); technical requirements for the SHC (2024).In 2025, the following were developed: SHC software; scientific and practical recommendations for the use of the SHC to record parameters of the biopreparations production process. The SHC serves as an information subsystem for measuring parameters in the culture development environment, accumulating information for a specific cultivation cycle, and processing current values of the fermentation medium parameters at the stages of culture volume growth, storage, and decline.The object of application of the software – hardware complex is fermentation complexes, and the object of utilization is the scientific facility corresponding to the relevant profile.
