The influence of wartime factors on the course of obesity in children was studied. Depending on the level of anxiety and the parents’ belonging to the military, the component composition of the body was studied by bioimpedance analysis; the features of the lipid spectrum, carbohydrate metabolism, apoptosis activity, leptin level in obese children were studied; Changes in the state of intestinal microflora (spectrum of fecal CFA, presence of SNBR) and lactose absorption were characterized; peculiarities of eating behavior, structure of anxiety disorders, level of physical activity were analyzed. Correlations of adipose tissue content with clinical and laboratory, instrumental, psychometric parameters were determined and a system of stratification of the risk of obesity in children and a differentiated algorithm of therapeutic and diagnostic tactics were created taking into account the identified risk factors.
