The goal of the project is to develop a method for calculating the stress-strain state and assessing the possibility of loss of operational qualities due to degradation of physical and mechanical properties and failure of structural elements of gas turbine engines and steam and gas turbines. Research methods: methods of solid mechanics and applied mathematics - theories of plasticity and creep, continuum damage mechanics, finite element method, finite difference methods of integration of initial problems, experimental. Using the developed method and software modules for calculating the stress-strain state and assessing the possibility of loss of operational qualities due to degradation of physical and mechanical properties of structural elements during creep, a computational assessment of the characteristics of high-temperature static and cyclic deformation and the possibility of fracture of structural elements of turbomachines was carried out: turbine blades in contact with the housing; tubes in contact with retaining elements and during corrosion cracking were considered. The laws of processes of creep, damage accumulation and fracture of these turbomachinery elements were determined. Software was developed for processing and visualization of the results of finite element analysis in a three-dimensional stress state. An experimental unit was developed to determine the characteristics of material wear using tubular specimens.
