Objective: to study the current state of sexual function in urology patients in a specialized hospital, to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of its disorders in wartime conditions; to retrospectively analyze the results of determining the main classes of immunoglobulins to SARS-CoV-2 in patients of a urology hospital. Materials and methods. A survey was conducted of 77 male patients aged 18-82 and 20 female patients aged 24-80. A retrospective assessment was made of 12,860 patients who were hospitalized in the urology departments of the Institute with a negative SARS-CoV-2 antigen test result. An express method of immunochromatographic analysis was used to determine SARS-CoV-2-specific IgM and IgG. Results. The age of male patients was inversely correlated with the anxiety score on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (r Spearmen’s = - 0.256, p<0.05), mental health index (r Spearmen’s = - 0.269, p<0.05) and social well-being (r Spearmen’s = - 0.270, p<0.05). No significant associations were found between the age of patients and sexual function, quality of life, and signs of depression and anxiety. It has been established that from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to the present time, there has been no decrease in the relative number of people with urological diseases who have a positive immune response to the production of SARS-CoV-specific antibodies in combination (IgM+IgG+), their total number is 13.68%. Specific antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in combination (IgM-IgG+) are present in 66.05% of patients. Conclusions. The sexual function of patients in urological hospitals has undergone significant changes and requires further assessment and monitoring.
