H. Shevchenko National University "Chernihiv Collehium" popup.description1 To investigate the qualitative (communities composition) and quantitative (number of bacteria, biofilm biomass) characteristics of bacterial biofilms on the surface of man-made materials under the influence of biological and chemical factors. popup.description2 The volume of the report is 48 pages, tables – 1, the number of references is 26. Keywords: antagonism, bacteria, biodegradation of materials, biofilm, biotesting, soil, environmental microbiology. The object of the study is bacterial biofilms on the surface of technogenic materials under the influence of biological and chemical factors. The subject of the study is qualitative and quantitative characteristics of bacterial biofilms on the surface of technogenic materials under the influence of biological and chemical factors. The aim of the research was to investigate the qualitative (composition of communities) and quantitative (number of bacteria, biomass of biofilm) characteristics of bacterial biofilms on the surface of technogenic materials under the influence of biological and chemical factors. Methods: indirect measurement of biofilm biomass with crystal violet, microbiological, physiological-biochemical, molecular-genetic, statistical, physico-chemical, phytotesting, photography. The number of microorganisms in the ferrosphere of a metal structure and the plastosphere of a polypropylene microplastics was studied, bacteria were isolated from the ferrosphere of a metal structure and the plastisphere of polyethylene terephthalate, their identification was carried out and used as test cultures to study antagonistic and biofilm-forming properties under the influence of supernatant from some cultures of heterotrophic bacteria and solutions of some drugs as antibacterial and anti-corrosion compounds. Passports of the isolated bacterial strains were developed, the use of Streptomyces gardneri ChNPU F3 and Bacillus velezensis NUChC C2b strains for obtaining “green” antibiofilm agents was justified.
