The object of the study is the business processes of company management amidst the critical instability of the external environment. The subject of the study is a set of methods and models for designing and developing an integrated company management system, as well as IT optimization tools aimed at enhancing resilience, data security, and operational efficiency. The goal of the study is to develop and theoretically justify a conceptual model of an integrated information system for the company, which would optimize key business processes, ensure management fault tolerance, and increase the level of information security under martial law conditions. Main results of the work: A comprehensive audit of the company's IT infrastructure was conducted, identifying critical vulnerabilities in local management systems. The transition to a service-oriented architecture based on cloud platforms was justified, ensuring the territorial independence of business processes. A complete package of UML models was developed, formalizing the algorithms of interaction between instructors and students. An efficiency assessment was performed, demonstrating the potential to reduce administrative reporting time by 90% and significantly lower the risks of data loss. Scientific novelty: lies in the development of an integrated company management model that combines agile development methodologies with enhanced security and data synchronization protocols, adapted to the conditions of martial law and energy instability. Practical significance: lies in the applicability of the proposed approach and design solutions by other entities seeking to ensure service continuity. Product Description popup.authors Vadim V.
