The authors of the project formed an appropriate database and calculated correlations between biomedical indicators. In turn, this allowed obtaining mathematical dependencies and developing mathematical models of patient rehabilitation processes. To further form the methodology for choosing the most informative forecast of the course of surgical operations, ordinal scales of operational modules were developed and their expert weight coefficients were assessed. To form ordinal scales, sets of factors related to the severity levels of injuries and the complexity of the surgical operation were used. Two scales were developed, for which their own subsets of factors with qualitative and quantitative levels were used. The use of multivariate mathematical models of multiple correlation for this purpose allowed to assess the reliability and effectiveness of the results obtained on the basis of the use of standard statistical analysis procedures and provided an opportunity to develop recommendations for planning elements of multimodal operations, the optimization of which will be based on estimates of virtual bed-day time. The authors of the project also proved the possibility of using specialized software based on the high-level language Phiton for extrapolation of prediction codes of operational modules.
