The thin-film layers were obtained using the magnetron sputtering method, with the technology optimized for their fabrication to enable their use in flexible solar cells for energy supply systems. The fabricated layers exhibit more excellent experimental stability under UV radiation, maintaining he solar cells' initial parameters and light diode characteristics. This UV radiation stability ensures the long-term performance of these solar cells in field conditions. Refined methods for CdTe thin-film deposition were implemented, including direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering and thermal vacuum evaporation, leading to the production of high-quality CdTe thin films. Data on the structure, optical, and electrical properties of the CdTe film samples were obtained. Using the "inclined" X-ray diffraction method, it was determined that only the (105) reflection of the hexagonal phase was observed, while no reflections corresponding to the cubic phase crystallographic planes were detected. All CdTe films, deposited under different physical and technological condensation regimes using DC magnetron sputtering, contained only the metastable hexagonal modification. An automated technology for obtaining flexible CdS/CdTe film structures by the magnetron method has been developed and software implemented. Based on it, experimental samples of solar cells and a full-fledged battery have been manufactured and successfully tested, confirming their mechanical stability and stability of parameters during scaling.
