Compared with the control group of elderly people who were permanently resident in the Kyiv region during the war, internally displaced patients with PD had statistically significantly higher levels of situational anxiety and depression, and a significantly higher risk of developing PTSD. For the first time, a study of the morpho-functional characteristics and assessment of mitochondrial dysfunction at different stages of the clinical course of Parkinson's disease in patients with cognitive disorders was conducted. For the first time, the prognostic significance of oxidative stress markers for predicting and assessing the effectiveness of complex treatment of PD was shown, and potential markers of mitophagy induction, which leads to an increase in oxidative stress, were identified. The obtained results of research on the structural-functional and neurophysiological features of the integrative activity of the brain in CP allow for a comprehensive assessment of the severity of PTSD associated with war and the prospects for optimizing pathogenetic therapy of the disease in this category of patients. Considering the identified complex dependencies between markers of oxidative stress and the effectiveness of CP therapy, the study of these markers will improve the assessment of treatment effectiveness and allow for a more effective implementation of a personalized approach. The effectiveness of the use of the neuroprotector EGb 761 in the complex pathogenetic treatment of CP at all stages of the disease has been shown for the first time.
