The method offers a several-fold decrease in displacement measurement error in comparison with ignoring the horn antenna reflection coefficient. A single- and a two-frequency method are developed for phase ambiguity resolution in three-probe measurements of the linear plasma electron density. A method is developed for actual interprobe distance determination in a waveguide, which offers a many-fold decrease in linear electron density measurement error in comparison with ignoring the variation of the actual interprobe distances from their set values. A method is developed for extraneous solution elimination in biconical cavity eigenfrequency determination by the overlapping domain decomposition method.
