Registration Date 27-01-2026 Organization Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University popup.description1 The purpose of this work is to substantiate the recommendations for improving the institutional environment for the development of innovative business processes in conditions of social challenges popup.description2 The purpose of the work is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the institutional environment's impact on innovative business processes and the development of conceptual foundations for adaptive management to ensure business competitiveness. The scientific novelty lies in the development of conceptual frameworks for adaptive entrepreneurship management integrating strategic approaches, crisis management, and institutional support. The study substantiates the methodological distinction between "uncertainty" and "risk," identifying specific management tools for different environmental stability levels. For the first time, the concept of an "institutional agrarian system" is introduced, supported by a comprehensive system of regulatory, financial, and informal mechanisms to ensure institutional resilience at macro, meso, and micro levels. The concept of sustainable entrepreneurship is enhanced as a dynamic transition toward harmonizing economic, environmental, and social components, systematizing UN Sustainable Development Goals according to business specifics. The research defines a multilevel structure of business institutionalization, identifying digitalization as a stimulant and weak legal institutions as barriers. Furthermore, the study systematizes digital institutions and justifies the transition from product-oriented (4P) to customer-oriented (4C) and data-driven management models (platform, circular, subscription). The practical significance includes developed recommendations for state support, risk insurance, and information-analytical infrastructure to strengthen economic security.
