For cattle, the optimal maturation time is up to 6 hours, which ensures a high level of maturation and crushing of embryos. For pigs, the use of native oocytes demonstrates stable development in two environments, with a tendency to higher indicators in "CDM", while for depreserved oocytes, "Sage 1-Step" is more effective. In general, the efficiency of embryo development from depreserved gametes remains lower, which emphasizes the need for further optimization of cryopreservation and in vitro cultivation methods.
