Purpose of the study - to substantiate the theoretical and mechanical foundation for reforming the management system of the integrated development of agricultural and rural areas in order to facilitate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine for the period up to 2030. The theoretical and methodological framework for shaping the agrarian system of Ukraine oriented toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine have been developed. Scientific support has been formed for the development of organisation and legal forms of economic activity and public-private partnership institutions in the agrarian sector, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine. A theoretical and methodological subscription of harmonized functions of economic, self-governing, and state-level management bodies according to the criteria of the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine has been carried out. The transformation of the structure and mechanisms of sectoral governance oriented toward facilitating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine has been substantiated. Scientific foundations for the formulation and implementation of agrarian policy aimed at shaping an agrarian system. Scientific novelty lies in substantiating the theoretical and methodological foundation for reforming the management system of the integrated development of agricultural and rural areas to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as in development a concept of the agrarian system of Ukraine integrated with the Sustainable Development Goals, the provisions of the European Green Deal, the "Farm to Fork" strategy, and the principles of climate neutrality, which ensures a combination of economic efficiency, social inclusiveness, and environmental sustainability.
