The purpose of the study is to summarize best practices in land reclamation infrastructure management and to justify the fundamental possibility of using global experience in the use of water supply and wastewater disposal tariffs for land reclamation infrastructure management in Ukraine Research methods: standard methods and approaches of system analysis were used: abstract-logical; analytical, statistical, bibliographic, grouping of countries of the world according to the solution of land reclamation infrastructure problems and the use of tariffs, methods of comparison and analogues, chronology, monitoring of Ukrainian legislation. Scientific output for the 2023 stage: an information base was created on existing methods of setting tariffs for water supply services for irrigation and water drainage (included in the report) in the following areas: diagrams of state water resource management in Australia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, France, and Ukraine were provided; the organizational structure for managing engineering reclamation infrastructure facilities was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Water User Organizations and the Promotion of Hydrotechnical Land Reclamation”; Proposals have been formulated on the use of experience in managing irrigation infrastructure and setting tariffs for water supply and drainage. Information has been compiled on the characteristics of irrigated agriculture development, water supply tariffs, return on investment, and water resource management in countries around the world, using FAO data on irrigation areas in countries as of 2021.
