The main objectives of the project are to develop a flexible legal regulation model that will consider ethical, social, and medical aspects. It envisages the creation of a comprehensive legal framework to protect the rights of patients and healthcare professionals, as well as the establishment of mechanisms for international cooperation in this field. The project aims at improving Ukrainian legislation, harmonizing it in compliance to international standards, and ensuring effective protection of medical data. Expected outcomes include the development of legislative proposals and recommendations for legal mechanisms of international cooperation. The implementation of the project will contribute to enhancing human rights protection, improving the quality of healthcare services, and strengthening Ukraine’s national security.
