Under the influence of heat stress, the main biochemical parameters of the blood deteriorate. At the same time, heat stress stimulates the secretion of cortisol in breeding animals, probably reducing the concentration of testosterone in the blood, reducing the sexual activity of males. Heat stress causes a decrease in the volume of ejaculate, sperm concentration in the ejaculate, sperm motility and survival, and a probable decrease in the activity of enzymes-markers of the fertilization ability of succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase. Heat stress negatively affects the endocrine system, follicle development and embryonic development, which is confirmed by a significant (P<0.05-0.01) increase in progesterone concentration after insemination and fertilization of cows, an increase in the insemination index and a decrease in early embryonic mortality. Feeding vitamins A, D3, E, and C with zinc gluconate and betaine in the form of liposomal emulsion normalizes hematological and biochemical blood parameters of fertile animals during heat stress. Under the influence of feeding complex liposomal supplements, the concentration of cortisol decreases and the level of testosterone in the blood of fertile animals significantly increases, as a result of which their sexual activity increases, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of sperm increase, as well as the fertilizing ability of sperm (P<0.05-0.001). Injection of a complex liposomal preparation (Gn-RH, vit. A, D, E, Zn, Se) during insemination of cows under the influence of heat stress normalizes the endocrine system, ensuring normal follicle growth, formation of a functional corpus luteum, which leads to an increase in fertilization with a simultaneous decrease in the insemination index and service period.
