The cohort was vulnerable: 100% discordant growth; 77.2% comorbidity. Severity was mostly moderate (89.1%); severe in 10.9%. The dominant complication phenotype was I50.* (95/101; 94.06%). Pulmonary vascular involvement I27.* occurred in 8.91% as a course modifier. Labs showed a triad: hemodilution/anemia + acute-phase response + renal stress. Hb/RBC decreased; neutrophils/ESR/CRP increased; creatinine rose (urea trend). Echo: LV EF was generally preserved (median 75.0 [70.0; 80.0]%, n=101). Yet chamber remodeling/overload persisted: LV 25.7%, LA 35.6%, RV 33.7%; gradients varied. A multivariable renal-risk index was developed (R²=0.385; p<0.001). Main predictors were procedure complexity (b=0.578; p<0.001) and EF (b=−0.0167; p=0.016). Cutoffs X>1 and X>1.5 enable early stratification and nephroprotective management.
