A system of scientific and methodological provisions on the intellectual support of innovation processes has been developed, which includes approaches to the formation, use and development of human, scientific and intellectual capital in the context of a transformational economy. A toolkit for integrating intellectual resources into the national innovation system has been proposed. Organizational and methodological principles for improving the innovation and investment infrastructure have been formed, its key elements, functions and interaction mechanisms have been identified. Directions for increasing the efficiency of the functioning of innovation development institutions, taking into account investment flows and innovation risks, have been substantiated. Conceptual approaches to the formation of an innovative model of development of agricultural enterprises, based on the principles of sustainability, resource efficiency and environmental responsibility, have been developed. A structural and logical model for the integration of innovative technologies into the production and economic activities of agricultural entities has been proposed. A two-vector model of innovative development of the agricultural sector is substantiated, which combines technological and intellectual-human resources factors, taking into account territorial development. A methodical approach to a comprehensive assessment of the investment attractiveness of enterprises is proposed, taking into account the level of their innovative activity. Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of project management in agricultural production are improved, covering the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project effectiveness.
