The aim of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and practical mechanisms for forming strategic vectors that integrate sustainable development goals into the strategy of competitive growth of enterprises. The object of the study is the process of strategic management of economic growth of enterprises. The subject is theoretical provisions, methods and mechanisms for forming strategic vectors of sustainable growth. The scientific novelty lies in the development of an integrated model that synergistically combines the concepts of competitiveness, innovative potential and sustainable development, adapted to conditions of instability and reconstruction. Results obtained:  The synergy of competitiveness, innovation and sustainability, where innovation is a transformational chain, has been substantiated.  A methodology for assessment based on an adapted BSC and a system of ESG indicators has been developed.  Strategic vectors have been identified: diversification based on the circular economy, innovative transformation, increased resource efficiency, and market expansion.  An integrated implementation toolkit has been developed (controlling, ESG financing, personnel development).  A differentiated roadmap for Ukrainian enterprises has been proposed. Practical significance: the results can be used by enterprise management for strategic planning, by authorities for policy-making, and in the educational process.
