The work addresses the urgent challenge of reducing energy consumption while improving the quality and biological efficiency of entomological production through stable and biologically justified microclimate control. The influence of temperature, relative humidity, lighting conditions, and air gas composition on the development and productivity of entomocultures, particularly Trichogramma, was investigated. Optimal and critical ranges of key abiotic factors were identified, exceeding which leads to stress reactions and reduced reproductive performance. Mathematical and thermodynamic models of air treatment processes were developed to optimize heat, cooling, and water consumption. Integrated automated microclimate control systems combining temperature, humidity, ventilation, and lighting regulation were proposed. The study demonstrates that the application of energy-saving technologies, such as heat recovery ventilation, LED lighting, heat pumps, and contact humidification, reduces total energy consumption by 40–65% and increases biological productivity by 30–50%. The obtained results provide a scientific and practical basis for the modernization of entomological production facilities and support the development of environmentally friendly biological pest control technologies in Ukraine.
