The subject of the study is recommendations for determining the dominant economic and infrastructural structuring of resilience of the quality of life of the population of Ukraine in conditions of external threats. Research methods are methods of system analysis and synthesis, methods of multivariate statistical analysis, SWOT analysis, methods of structural analysis, methods of grouping, comparison, macroeconomic forecasting, simulation modeling, scenario approach.
