The study proposes an intelligent model and method for planning the work of an IT project team, taking into account task characteristics, team members’ competencies, execution risks, and the quality of task descriptions. Special attention is given to a method for improving sprint task textual descriptions, which enhances the quality of input data used in planning and decision-making processes. An information technology solution for intelligent project planning has been implemented, integrating the proposed models and methods into a unified software system. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, including reduced sprint planning time, improved task assignment accuracy, and increased plan stability. The obtained results have practical value for IT companies, public institutions, and social organizations and can be applied to enhance project management efficiency in Ukraine.
