A study of pathological and biological material from animals, animal feed for microbiological indicators was carried out; isolates of pathogens were isolated and their identification was carried out, signs of pathogenicity were determined - virulence, resistance to antimicrobial drugs, ability to form biofilms. Potential risks of formation of foci of resistant pathogens in poultry (chickens, ducks, quails, pheasants) kept on household plots were determined. Indicator microorganisms isolated from poultry were studied regarding their ability to form biofilms. Based on the results of the research, a laboratory sample of a tool for diagnosing zoonotic pathogens and detecting signs of pathogenicity in them was developed and manufactured - a set of strains for testing chromogenic media and its effectiveness was assessed. Technological regulations for a tool for diagnosing zoonotic pathogens and detecting signs of pathogenicity in them were prepared. Scientific and methodological recommendations were prepared regarding the procedure for using the developed tools A study was conducted to determine the sequence of fragments of the 16S rRNA gene of the isolated isolates, data on the strains were entered into the National Center for Biotechnology Information. In addition, the prospects for the use of feed additives containing probiotic strains and nanomaterials were investigated with regard to the possibility of their use to increase the resistance Product Description popup.authors Tetiana V.
