The conceptual provisions of the new paradigm for the development of agricultural enterprises, which is based on advanced technological innovations and institutional changes, are grounded. Recommendations for the adaptation of state-owned entities to a dynamic market middle ground through the mechanisms of “bucket” management of the innovation cycle have been developed. In the minds of the completion of the main stages of the decentralization reform, the methodical ambushes of the communities began to act. Strategic priorities have been identified for the development of the national economy in the rural area in order to ensure a balance between the economic growth of agricultural business and the social well-being of the rural population. A comprehensive study of models for the formation of control systems in the agricultural sector has been carried out. A transition to boundary and ecosystem management models has been proposed, which allows for the effective integration of scientific developments in the manufacturing process and promotes the efficiency of decision-making. The current state of investment security in the agricultural sector is analyzed and key barriers are identified (security risks, access to capital). The toolkit for increasing investment profitability has been equipped. The theoretical and conceptual basis for the detailed management of food and processing enterprises has been developed. Practical recommendations aimed at the reduction of processing of agricultural raw materials, which will ensure an increase in the added value and competitiveness of Ukrainian products on world markets.
