Additionally, the project aims to develop practical methods and techniques for investigating these processes in real-world contexts. A separate objective is to produce scientifically grounded recommendations for optimizing interaction and enhancing its efficacy across various social and professional environments. popup.description2 Project idea: The idea behind this research project is to study the psychological characteristics of interaction and the subjects of interaction in various social and professional contexts. The research aims to identify the specifics of interpersonal communication, the formation of effective interaction, the consideration of the characteristics of dysfunctional interaction in its various manifestations, and the influence of its subjects on it. The project will contribute to a deeper understanding of the psychological aspects of interaction in the context of psychotherapy, professional interaction, war, education, inclusive environments, etc. Working hypothesis: Effective interaction between subjects in different socio-professional contexts depends on the characteristics of the subjects of interaction, as well as the consideration of these characteristics by the other subject. In military conditions, which have a specific impact on psychological state and behavior, it is especially important to understand and adapt to these characteristics, which contributes to increased productivity, quality of communication, and the overall psycho-emotional well-being of the subjects of interaction. The aim of the project is to develop a theoretical and empirical model that describes the psychological characteristics of interaction and interaction subjects in different social and professional environments.
